We are proud to say that we pay our Care Assistants £13.43ph Weekdays, £14.63ph Weekends, £26.86ph for Bank Holidays, £12.21ph for Travel time and 39p per mile for Mileage, with real career progression. Bluebird Care Reigate are looking for committed & reliable individuals to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. You must be able to commit to a minimum of 16 hours: Ideally one Early Morning Shift (7am start), one Late Shift (10pm finish) and alternate weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate updates to family members.
- Drive clients to appointments or activities, ensuring their safety during transport.
- Utilize strong communication and IT skills to provide effective support and maintain documentation.

No Domiciliary experience necessary, although we do welcome those with previous NHS, Carer or Support Worker experience. We have found individuals with Early Years and Cleaner experience have great transferable skills to become an amazing Care Assistant.
