We are proud to say that we pay our Care Assistants £13.43ph Weekdays, £14.63ph Weekends, £26.86ph for Bank Holidays, £12.21ph for Travel time and 39p per mile for Mileage, with real career progression. A majority of our office team has been promoted internally.

Bluebird Care Reigate are looking for committed & reliable individuals to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. You must be able to commit to a minimum of 16 hours: Ideally one Early Morning Shift (7am start), one Late Shift (10pm finish) and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate updates to family members.
  • Drive clients to appointments or activities, ensuring their safety during transport.
  • Utilize strong communication and IT skills to provide effective support and maintain documentation.

What you'll need:

  • Full Driving Licence
  • Access to your vehicle which you must insure for business use.
  • The right to work in the UK
