Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from initial client meetings to final placements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the Insurance industry.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match their skills and career goals with client needs.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Provide market insights and advice to clients regarding hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets and enhance service delivery.
Experience:
  • Proven success and experience (2+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant, specifically in the Insurance sector.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates quickly.
  • Results driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
