What You’ll Bring:

3-5 years of agency experience in event production and communications.

Proven ability to manage event projects from concept to completion.

Strong budget management and client management skills.

Experience in developing client content and creative idea generation.

Knowledge of various communication platforms.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional events.

Healthcare and pharmaceutical experience (preferred).

What You’ll Do:

Produce and deliver a variety of global events, including product launches, leadership summits, and internal communications events.

Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Manage client relationships and ensure their needs are met.

Contribute to content development and visualization.

Utilize creativity to bring imaginative and inspiring ideas to event execution.

Collaborate with global teams and manage multinational initiatives.

Develop and mentor team members.
