Functional Solutions Architect- Microsoft Dynamics ERP

TechYard Recruitment is looking to hire a Functional Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics ERP for a global Microsoft consultancy based in the UK, on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading solution design and pre-sales activities for Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations. With a strong focus on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), this role will play a key part in global ERP rollouts, working closely with sales and technical teams to deliver scalable and impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Expertise: Act as the functional lead for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects, with additional experience in Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform being a plus.
• Global Rollouts: Lead and support global ERP implementations, ensuring consistency, scalability, and best practices across international deployments.
• Solution Design: Drive functional solutioning, delivering tailored ERP solutions that align with client business requirements.
• Pre-Sales Engagement: Partner with sales teams to support pre-sales activities, including demos, solution scoping, and proposal development.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

• Deep ERP Knowledge: Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with experience in CE and Power Platform being advantageous.
• Global Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading or participating in global ERP rollout.
• Functional Solutioning: Extensive experience in functional solution architecture, including business process analysis, system design, and solution customisation.
• Pre-Sales Skills: Strong pre-sales acumen, with the ability to deliver compelling demos and engage clients at a strategic level.
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
