Requirements:

  • Passport from UK/IRE/USA/CAN/NZ/AUS/SA
  • University degree from any discipline
  • Clean DBS criminal check
  • TEFL qualification or equivalent (cheap and easy to obtain after application if not currently held)

Summary:

Life changing opportunity to live and work in China (other countries also available with different terms). Fulfill an English, PE, Drama or other teaching position in a public or private school. Maximum teaching hours = 18. Maximum working hours = 40. Student age varies depending on role (Kindergarten through to High School). Cost of living in most cities in China is around 1/3rd of cost of living in London, so be sure to factor this in when considering the salary!
