Exciting opportunity to work closely with the Programme Manager as the dedicated PMO Analyst on a SAP S/4Hana transformation programme. This will be a high profile role within a business critical programme, working with a great and wider PMO team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting project governance and alignment across all phases of the S/4HANA migration.
- Keeping project plans, risk logs, and schedules up to date and on track.
- Preparing clear and timely project updates for senior stakeholders and steering committees.
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to keep progress aligned with timelines.
- Managing budgets, purchase orders, and resource allocation.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams, including SI, vendors, and SMEs.
- Coordinating project meetings, workshops, and communications, with minutes, follow-ups and actions monitored.
- Ensuring all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Experienced in project support / PMO roles within large-scale transformations, ideally SAP or other ERP transformations.
- Comfortable with PM tools and software (Monday.com, Microsoft Project, PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, JIRA etc), governance frameworks and maintaining project documentation repositories.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused.
- Confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
- A natural multitasker with excellent communication skills.
- Available at up to one months notice, shorter preferred.
