Physiotherapist at Ramsay Health Care UK, working at West Midlands Hospital in Halesowen and Stourside Hospital in Stourbridge. Full Time - 37.5 hours.
The role involves:
- Delivering high quality physiotherapy care in a hospital setting, including assessment, treatment, planning, and development of treatment programmes.
- Using sound rationale to solve problems and treat moderately complex patients within scope of practice.
- Providing patient education and advice throughout the patient journey.
- Managing your own caseload in inpatients/outpatients as applicable.
- Acting in a professional manner at all times, respecting privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
- Maintaining health and safety procedures regarding patients, colleagues, and the environment.
- Demonstrating excellent communication, customer care, and customer service skills.
- Committing to CPD, mandatory training, and e-learning.
- Being actively involved in the day-to-day running of the department.
- Working effectively and independently as part of the Physiotherapy team and the wider multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Physiotherapy with MSK experience.
- Experience working on an inpatient ward.
- Current HCPC Registration.
- Current member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
- Ability to undertake a full clinical caseload of MSK outpatients.
- Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office.
