We seek a results-driven professional with integrity, offering a role that combines operational leadership, multi-disciplinary team management, and impactful contributions to offshore Hook-Up and Commissioning (HUC) activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Be the onshore Lead for the entire project team, subcontractors, and vendors for timely delivery of all Offshore HUC activities.
- Review and report offshore progress, issuing Daily Progress Reports and ensuring the acceptance of work packs, RAMS, materials, and equipment.
- Chair daily offshore coordination meetings, contributing to project reporting data.
- Contribute to manning, material planning, and cost reporting, addressing delays and assessing personnel qualifications.
- Understand and comply with company policies and procedures, prioritising safety and incident reporting.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Trade NVQ Level 3 or Engineering Degree.
- Technical training in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
- IOSH Safety Management Training (Preferable).
- Minimum 5 years' offshore industry experience, operational leadership skills, and CDM 2015 knowledge.
- Good awareness of Health & Safety, cost-saving initiatives, and strong planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, financial awareness, and IT proficiency.
- Previous strong experience in running large offshore construction projects.
