AG Integrate are currently looking for a Deputy Company Secretary to support our exciting client, based in Leeds.
As Deputy Company Secretary you will be responsible for providing a variety of company secretarial responsibilities, managing the annual board meeting, reports, coordinating fillings and liaising interdepartmentally to provide company secretarial support.
It may be that you are currently in a private practice role or have gained similar experience in an in-house setting and you're looking for a role that offers you plenty of flexibility and variety.
