You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing processes and systems that are pivotal to our growth and our customer satisfaction. You will identify areas for improvement and work with the relevant teams to implement new solutions.

Part of your job will be to maximise efficiencies across automations, workflows, integrations and more, owning our CRM and related functions to ensure the full team is aligned and efficient in their work.

The other part of the role is to generate accurate and regular reporting across business functions, developing processes and helping each team to quickly and easily understand the metrics they need to make improvements.

This is a very exciting, and much anticipated(!), role for the company. Reporting directly to the COO, you will be a huge part of the company’s scaling journey., * Full ownership of CRM (Hubspot) and billing platform (Stripe)

  • Work closely with sales, marketing and support teams to align efforts and ensure seamless customer experience

  • Identify areas of opportunity and own the execution of them

  • Implement and upkeep automations and workflows across platforms

  • Use data and analytics to measure and report on key metrics

  • Build and maintain automated reporting dashboards

  • Collaborate with every department to improve process and business functions

  • Provide training and support business-wide on best practises and tools

Success in this Role:

To be successful, this role is to become the go-to for sales, marketing and support for anything report, process or tool related. You will be getting involved with each team and helping them identify quick wins as well as longer term projects that will improve efficiency. Your first job will be learning the company and the systems, getting up to speed with how we currently work and identifying areas for improvement. Once you have a firm understanding, you will take action on these and take responsibility for projects from idea to implementation and on-going support. This role will be fast-paced and will require a lot of jumping around topics. You will need to be comfortable working across multiple teams, have a sound understanding of business priorities and be able to manage projects accordingly. This operations role will be vital in speeding up our growth so a passion and drive for success is a must!

Our client who is in the computer and electronics manufacturing industry is seeking a dynamic and technical individual to step into this brand new role for the company., * 2-3 years experience in a revenue operations role (or similar)
