A professional services firm in central Reading is seeking an efficient PA / Office Manager.
You will be supporting 4 partners with all day-to-day administration, secretarial duties and also managing a junior administrator. This role is based in central Reading (no parking) and is based in the office 5 days a week. Please only apply if you are able to commute to central Reading 5 days a week, and you have relevant experience.
Job Duties:
- Secretarial support to the partners
- Client onboarding and KYC procedures
- Practice database administration
- HR administration support
- Marketing support for campaigns and events
- Coordination of IT support
- Facilities management coordination
- HMRC and Companies House filing gateway
Candidates must preferably have:
- Prior experience with accountancy or other professional services business
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Good collaborative and interpersonal skills
- A client facing manner
- Competence with MS software and experience with database management systems
- Good written presentational skills and an attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
