Ambassadors Clubhouse is on the lookout for a dedicated and dynamic VIP Guest Relations Executive to become an integral part of our esteemed team. Initially on a fixed term contract of 3 months. This position is focused on providing an unparalleled dining experience for our VIP guests and members, ensuring they feel valued and catered for at every visit. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep passion for hospitality, and a proven track record of building enduring relationships with High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals.

The Position: As a Reservations and Guest Relations Executive, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences from initial enquiry through their visit. You'll manage bookings efficiently while building lasting relationships with guests and VIPs.

  • Manage the reservation system and guest communications to maximise capacity and satisfaction.
  • Provide warm, personalised service for all guests, with special attention to VIPs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regular patrons and VIP contacts.
  • Managing VIP phone, ensuring enquiries are met with urgency.
  • Prepare reports on reservations, guest satisfaction, and other key metrics.
  • Represent the company at industry networking events.
  • Support the Events team with business development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in reservations or guest relations.
  • Previous experience with Seven Rooms reservation system.
  • Work closely with luxury Hotel concierges, maintaining a positive relationship.
  • Exceptional communication skills and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and grace.
