We are looking for a head chef for a very prestigious care home in Lewes. This is perfect for a sous chef who wants to work straight shifts with no evenings and every other weekend off.
The food here is all fresh and as sous chef, you will have good knowledge of quality, seasonal produce with an emphasis on presentation and flavour.
