To work with the lettings team to achieve targets, dealing with legal documentation ensuring that all tenancies are compliant

Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace.

Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.

Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback

Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants.

Preparing tenancy agreements, issuing legal documents relating to the tenancy and ensuring that all safety certificates are in place prior to move in.

Working with the property management team ensuring that properties have been prepared for move in.

Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenants
The successful Lettings Negotiator will ideally be experienced within a current lettings role and have a natural flare and a desire to work with a highly experienced, well established team., * Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is advantageous
