The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

As a Database and Events Administrator, you will be responsible for providing essential database and administrative support. You will be one of the lead contacts for the CRM database.

Main duties will include:

  • Database Support
  • Process data on the CRM system, including adding, amending and cleansing to ensure accuracy
  • Monitor and update contact preferences in line with GDPR
  • Set up and monitor events on the CRM including reviewing sales
  • Add and amend event bookings
  • Assist with the management of event registration using our registration portal
  • Maintain and develop CRM reports
  • Train new and existing members of the team on the CRM
  • Event Support
    • Manage the stockroom and product/prizes for all central events
    • Support with pre-event administration including product requests and preparation of fundraising activities
    • Provide on-site event support (occasional overnight/weekend hours required during busy event periods)
    • Provide post-event support including posting prizes and ‘closing’ events on the CRM system
    • Run monthly reconciliation finance meetings with both the Events Team and the Finance Team

    Experience/Skills

    • Minimum two years’ experience of CRM systems and reporting
    • Thorough attention to detail
    • Problem-solving and good analytical skills
    • Self-starter
    • Good organisational skills
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Ability to develop strong relationships across departments
