Job Title: Senior Planner
Location: Cardiff
My client is a leading UK consultancy in planning and design who provide expert advice to major developers on prestigious projects across England and Wales. Due to an exciting period of growth, they are now looking to make the addition of a Town Planner to their Cardiff based team! The successful candidate will work on residential and mixed-use developments, strategic planning, development management, and project coordination for both private and public clients.
Candidate Requirements
- RTPI accredited and working towards Chartered Membership, or currently MRTPI.
- Previous planning experience, ideally private sector.
- Experience with residential/mixed-use projects.
- Strong communication and initiative.
- Ability to work well in a team.
