Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client based in London to facilitate the appointment of an Interim Headteacher for a special education school on an interim basis. This role has become available due to a leadership gap within the school, and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic improvements, ensuring high-quality education provision, and supporting staff through this transition period. The school caters to students with complex needs, and the focus will be on stabilising leadership, maintaining high standards of safeguarding, and improving educational outcomes.
Responsibilities of the Role:
