The predicted salary is between 30000 - 32000 £ per year.

  • Take full responsibility for developing and managing a property portfolio, overseeing day-to-day operations for both clients and properties.

  • Deliver a customer-focused service that is clear, accurate, and exceeds expectations.

  • Retain existing clients and attract new developments, maximising revenue through fees, commissions, and management charges.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure sufficient cash flow for each development, completing tasks on time and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

  • At least 1 year of experience in client relationship management within the property sector, OR

  • 3+ years of experience in client relationship management in another industry.

  • A clean driver’s licence

  • Strong attention to detail

  • The ability to prioritise tasks whilst working at speed

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • The ability to work autonomously

Your Package/Benefits

  • Salary – £30,000- £32,000

  • Birthday day off

  • 20 holidays plus 5 statutory days

  • 0.5 days holiday for each out of hours AGM that takes place

  • Pension scheme

  • Monday – Thursday (9-5) Friday (9- 4:30)
