Legal Secretary – Private Client Team - interviewing ASAP Eastbourne

You will be assisting the team with duties including:
- Audio Dictation.
- Document and bundle preparation.
- Liaising with clients for enquiries and incoming calls and emails.
- Arranging of appointments and diary management.
- Carrying out AML searches.
- Archiving, scanning and filing.
- Opening and closing of case files.
- Attending Will signings.
About you:
- You will be a Legal Secretary with proven experience supporting a Private client team.
- Comfortable working within an active team, supporting fee earners and a Partner.
- Excellent typing and dictation ability.
- Confident and adept communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, adept at multitasking with a friendly and proactive approach.
