Are you an experienced Complex Claims Adjuster with a passion for managing high-value SME property claims? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, handling technical and complex property claims while making a real impact.

The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of SME property claims (up to £200k), including fire, theft, escape of water, storm damage, business interruption, and subsidence.
  • Conduct coverage analysis, liability assessments, and quantum evaluations to drive efficient claim resolutions.
  • Work with external adjusters on larger claims, with potential for site visits.
  • Act as a technical referral point for the team and support training initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to best practice procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
