We are hiring a Facilities & Site Services Specialist for a leading food manufacturing site near Wembley. This 3-6 month contract offers an exciting opportunity to ensure the smooth operation, compliance, and efficiency of essential site services.
Role Overview:
- Oversee and maintain key site services, including compressed air, water, steam, ventilation, drainage, effluent discharge, and fire safety systems.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, including Legionella control, water quality monitoring, and effluent discharge.
- Manage site asset strategies to maintain legal, safety, and environmental standards.
- Maintain compliance registers and ensure all regulatory requirements are met on time.
- Develop contingency plans for potential service failures, minimizing operational impact.
- Produce compliance reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
