Receptionist | Perthshire | Immediate Start | Temporary to Permanent Role | Circa £14 / Hour Your new company Hays are delighted to be working on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in Perthshire to support in their immediate requirement for a Receptionist. This organisation are leaders within their industry, recognised on a local and national level for their quality products. Your new role In your new role, you will take on a pivotal position as the first point of contact for all visitors on-site, supporting with introductions and using the switchboard to identify the relevant contacts. You will be working as part of a small administration team to manage daily queries, support in stock control and take a proactive lead on written and verbal communication with different business units. What you\’ll need to succeed To succeed, you will be available on short notice and confidently able to demonstrate your previous experience working in a similar role within a busy environment. This role will need someone to be adaptable, dynamic and a strong communicator both written and verbal. This will be a fast paced role requiring strong administration skills including attention to detail in processing tasks. What you\’ll get in return In return, you will be offered a competitive hourly rate circa £14 an hour for an initial six week temporary assignment with the potential to progress into a permanent position, working part time hours on site in Perthshire.
