This Receptionist job has been made available by a Secondary School in Sheffield. The school has a very dedicated workforce that focuses on the educational outcomes of all students and aims to create a learning community that is both supportive and safe in an environment of mutual respect.

This school is currently looking for a full-time Receptionist to start as soon as possible. Your time in this role will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Management of the school phone line
  • Responding to emails
  • Checking in/out visitors and other stakeholders
  • General Admin duties
  • Taking in deliveries

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Strong IT skills
  • Respect for safeguarding and confidentiality
  • A strong ability to communicate well
  • Work as part of a team and as an individual
  • Use your own initiative
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

We will need to be able to obtain references to cover the last 2 years as a minimum and you will need to be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check if you don't already have a DBS on the update service.
