️ Job Opportunity: Site Manager – Luxury D&B Contractor & Bespoke Housebuilder 🕒 Duration: 12–18 months 💼 Type: Freelance Project Overview: We are working with a leading luxury Design & Build contractor and bespoke housebuilder seeking an experienced Site Manager for a prestigious restoration and conversion project in Birmingham. This exciting opportunity gives the Site Manager the chance to be involved in the sensitive transformation of two Grade II listed buildings, into a collection of high-end apartments. About the Site Manager Role: The Site Manager will lead on-site operations, managing the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring the preservation of heritage features while delivering to the highest standards of craftsmanship and modern specification. Site Manager Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site activity and manage subcontractors and trades Ensure compliance with conservation requirements and listed building regulations Coordinate with architects, heritage consultants, and the internal project team Drive programme targets, quality assurance, and health & safety Liaise with stakeholders and local authorities as required Ideal Candidate: Proven experience managing heritage building restorations, conversion projects, and residential apartment schemes Strong knowledge of conservation techniques and listed building protocols Skilled in managing complex sequencing and high-spec finishes Clear communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (essential) Why Join Us?
