Are you looking for an interesting Warehouse Operative role for a fantastic company? Insight Employment are seeking Warehouse Operatives to work for a fantastic non-profit charity company based in Milton Keynes.

The Role:

  • You will be working in the heart of a fantastic non-profit company.
  • Your main purpose as a Warehouse Operative will be to pick, pack, load, unload items which are mainly clothing but can be other items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working to a timeline.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Physically fit.
  • Good English, both written and oral.
  • Understanding health and safety procedures and working in a safe manner to ensure your own safety and the safety of others.
  • Ability to perform other duties as required within the department or warehouse.

Requirements:

  • Must be hands-on and proactive with a positive 'can do attitude'.
  • Must be customer focused.
  • Must have a disciplined approach to work including the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining focus and great attention to detail.
  • Actively promoting and engaging with new ways of working and warehouse processes.
  • Must be self-aware, resilient, optimistic, and open to change.
  • Keen eye for Health & Safety, reporting all relevant incidents and potential issues.
  • Must have excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Must have excellent timekeeping.

Shift/Hours: Mon - Fri 08:00am-16:00pm

Rate: £12.60 per hour
