Do you want to work Monday to Friday – Days (8.00am to 4.00pm) for a base salary of up to £55000 per annum. The basics: Job Title: Controls Engineer Location: Nuneaton Environment: Manufacturing Pay: up to £55000 Holidays/Benefits: 33 days holiday, pension scheme, life insurance, product discounts. Overview: With manufacturing facilities located across the globe you will be working in an automated production environment for a well-known brand within their respective field. The controls engineer will be tasked to ensure that the production facility runs smoothly in terms of machinery automation across the manufacturing site. Key responsibilities of the Controls Engineer role: Design & Program: Develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs for automation systems. Troubleshoot & Optimize: Analyse control systems to identify issues and implement improvements. Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems.The ideal candidate / Controls Engineer may have some of the following experiences, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field (preferred) Previous experience working with Siemens desirable Previous experience working as a controls / automation engineerCommutable from: Nuneaton, Hinckley, Leicester, Coventry and surrounding areas.
