Rmg digital are looking to hire a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team. We’re a niche digital recruitment agency based in Wiltshire. We currently have clients throughout the UK, Europe & USA and service these from our office in Swindon.
Rmg digital has become a recognised name and brand in the industry. In the last 12 months we’ve not only increased our profits, but we’ve had a huge increase in client demand so are now looking to expand the markets we operate in.
The Role: As a Trainee Consultant you will be learning the ropes of recruitment, "opening doors" with potential clients and building relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous sales experience who is looking for their first recruitment role – we’ll provide you with world-class training and give you the tools you need to be a success.
