About you:

You’re a proactive, detail-driven Legal Secretary with a real interest in corporate legal work. You pride yourself on your organisational flair and professional communication skills. With excellent Word and general IT skills (PowerPoint and Excel a bonus), you’ll thrive in a busy, deadline-driven environment where no two days are quite the same.

You’re someone who:

  • Has a high standard of English and grammar
  • Is confident in dealing with clients and calls with tact and clarity
  • Works well under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • Enjoys being part of a team but is also self-sufficient
  • Has previous experience in a legal environment and ideally legal secretary training or qualification

The role:

You’ll play a vital part in supporting fee earners and ensuring the smooth operation of the Corporate team. Expect a mix of digital dictation, document management, file administration, and diary coordination — all within a collaborative "pool" support structure, so you’re never on your own.
