We are seeking a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time position (8:30-3:30).
The ideal candidate will be passionate about engaging with children, facilitating inclusion, and leading classes during PPA. If you’re dedicated to enhancing learning and helping every child succeed, we want to hear from you!
The Higher Level Teaching Assistant role:
- Demonstrates a genuine interest in children and interacts with them professionally.
- Shows a strong passion for addressing the needs of all children, including those with additional needs and SEN.
- Capable of leading the class during PPA and managing cover situations effectively.
- Supports the class teacher in fostering active participation from children in both academic and social school activities.

Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Days / Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 3.30 pm

Pay: £120-150 per day dependent upon experience
