Meeting and Events Sales Manager role:

  • To proactively generate meeting events, conferences residential and non-residential enquiries.
  • Meet monthly targets on sales appointments and revenue generation.
  • To work with the rest of the proactive and reactive sales teams as part of an energetic team.
  • To conduct show rounds of the hotel with potential clients.
  • Negotiate with clients and achieve maximum revenue/profit potential while satisfying client needs.
  • To comfortably entertain fam trips as required.
  • To close prospects as confirmed bookings and maximise all revenue potential by upselling across all revenue producing areas.

Meeting & Events Sales Manager requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience:
  • 1-2 years hotel experience in event sales.
  • Passion for learning and delivering results.
  • Strong selling and interpersonal skills.
  • An excellent command of the English language.
