The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Based remotely, covering the South West of England (Bristol, Somerset and surrounding areas). Although the post requires the ability to travel nationally if required.

The post is full time, all year round. However, we would consider applications from people wanting to work part time or term time only. Permanent support staff contract.

Little Wandle Letters and Sounds Revised is the market leading phonics programme developed by schools, for schools. Having launched in September 2021 the scheme is already being used in over 5000 schools.

Are you an exceptional, experienced, passionate teacher and leader of Early Reading, committed to using and supporting the Little Wandle Programme? If so, you could play a key role in ensuring our member schools access the best in professional development and expert support.

We are looking for excellent facilitators in order to expand our training and outreach support for member schools. You will lead and facilitate training webinars and will also visit schools to provide in-person support. You will work with MAT, English Hub and Local Authority leaders to advise and support their work with the Little Wandle schools in their region. You will engage with our Champion School Programme Lead to monitor and maintain standards across the programme.

You will be supported by a wonderful admin team as well as the Little Wandle leadership team - a dedicated, hardworking team, passionate about the Little Wandle programme and changing lives by creating readers in our schools.
