The predicted salary is between 40000 - 52000 £ per year.

Working closely with the Resort Exec Chef, you will manage the very busy resort restaurant catering for around 300 covers per day. This is a high-end brasserie where everything is made fresh, so the ideal Head Chef would come from either a high-end branded or volume brasserie background.

We offer a great salary, tronc, and plenty of company perks and benefits, as well as the chance to be part of something big. There may be the occasional evening function, but primarily this is a daytime operation, so pretty much 9-5 hours, 5 days per week.

  • The ability and understanding to train and develop your team in all aspects from stocks, rotas, food safety to food SOP and presentation
  • A real people person with excellent communication skills
  • A Head Chef that can manage a large team and volume cooking
  • Exemplary standards in all aspects of kitchen management
  • The ability to recruit, train, and coach your team
  • A strong understanding of food health and safety
