As a Senior Conference Producer, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and delivery of high-impact, commercially successful conferences that drive global collaboration and industry innovation. You will be responsible for developing cutting-edge agendas, building relationships with C-suite executives, and overseeing the successful execution of events internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end production of high-level, content-rich events, including market research, concept development, and post-event evaluation.
Develop compelling conference agendas that reflect current market trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities in the financial sector.
Collaborate across teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure exceptional delegate and sponsor experiences.
Foster relationships with key industry speakers, thought leaders, and strategic commercial partners.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Ideally 5-10 years of experience in B2B conference production, with a strong track record of successful events, particularly within the financial markets sector.
Expertise in market research and trend analysis, with the ability to transform insights into actionable, high-quality content.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, speakers, and partners.
A strategic and innovative mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
