We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Shift Engineer to join our incredible Engineering team at Pan Pacific London. JOB SUMMARY
As a Shift Engineer in Engineering, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks as a Shift Engineer will include but not be limited to:
- Have good working knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems throughout all hotel FOH & BOH areas
- Have a good understanding of the (BMS) system and its operation
- Respond to all job requests within a reasonable time as laid out within SOPs
- Form part of the fire life safety team
- Maintain the building and its services to the highest of standards
- Assist and ensure all statutory regulations are met at all times
- Work as part of a team and also on your own using your own initiative
- Focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times and ensure security and confidentiality of customers and company information at all times
