Learning & Engagement Executive role:

Plan, budget and execute a calendar of engagement activities throughout the hotel.

With the assistance of Department Heads, plan for the arrivals of new associates and prepare suitable onboarding plans per new joiner.

Deliver new joining onboarding training and Orientation.

Develop and deliver customer service training modules throughout the year.

Support the development of new joiners throughout their first 6 months of service.

Learning & Engagement Executive requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience:

A positive attitude, and ability to handle a high-pressure workload.

Excellent command on English, both spoken and written.

Previous background in the hotel business.

Previous experience in delivering training, perhaps as a Departmental trainer, looking for a move into a more specialist area.

Flexible with the work time, we sometimes do a little more than 9-5.
