In this multi-award-winning hotel, they are looking for a Restaurant and Bar Manager to run this elegant and high-quality restaurant and bar set in beautiful surroundings. The ideal candidate must have experience in an award-winning hotel/restaurant, ideally at red star level.
You will be a strong hands-on manager used to leading from the front. You will run this venue day to day and manage a staffing team of 35. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily for around 100 covers a day and is looking to push this number up.
You will be highly professional, hands-on, and possess a friendly, customer-focused manner. You will be a strong character who can manage a team and also handle a demanding customer base.
