They are looking for an exceptional hospitality workplace front of house champion to support their mission to provide the best workplace experience in the North West.

THE ROLE

  • Delivering an exceptional workplace experience
  • Ensuring all spaces are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming for employees and visitors
  • Customer-facing operations: Being the first point of contact for employees and ensuring all needs are met
  • Facilities and maintenance support: assisting with building upkeep, cleanliness, and minor maintenance tasks
  • Using technology effectively: utilising basic software such as email, Zoom, Excel, and Word
  • Transporting employees: driving employees between Knutsford train station and our workplace using our company minibus (automatic Mercedes Vito)
  • Stock control and rotation: ensuring all workplace supplies are well-stocked and maintained
  • Supporting workplace events: assisting in the organization and execution of events such as employee parties, theme days, and recruitment events
  • Workplace safety and compliance: ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, onboarding new starters, fire safety, first aid, and COSHH compliance

ESSENTIAL

  • 5+ years of experience in workplace or hotel operations or a customer-facing operational delivery role
  • High cleaning standards with a strong attention to detail
  • Full driving license for 2+ years, comfortable driving an automatic people carrier
  • Experience using technology to a good level, including email, Zoom, Excel, and Word
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team dynamic
  • Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and working shifts as needed
