Responsible for creating detailed furniture schemes based on our Designers/Clients brief. A client-facing role where creative, solution-driven furniture specifying with knowledge of pricing, lead-times and full project considerations are required.

Skills | Experience
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
- High attention to detail and diligent note-taking
- Ability to prioritise and manage time/resource amongst shifting deadlines
- Experience of working in client-facing roles
- Ability to work well under pressure and to specific deadlines
- 2+ years industry experience or similar industry
- Proficient Excel knowledge (Microsoft Office in general)
- Understanding of InDesign (or willingness to learn)
- Able to work alongside a collaborative team

Brief
- Take detailed briefings and understand clients' project requirements.
- Conduct furniture audits and site visits where required.
- Have established knowledge of the commercial furniture supply chain.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
Consultancy
- Manage time and resource to effectively respond to clients in a timely, professional manner (sometimes out of hours working will be required).
- Create detailed furniture quotations, including costs, finishes, etc.
- Communicate with the supply chain on specification/project details.
- Run projects autonomously between £20k-£500k.
- Source imagery/content for document proposals.
- Arrange samples, finishes, and timed showroom tours.
- Communicate with clients on project updates, finishes, and project info.
- Pitch to clients alongside the project team.
- Create schedules to Tribe Furniture’s commercial standard.
Commercial
- Manage project budgets, ensure all costs/margins are monitored.
- Strive to meet clients' budget expectations while maintaining a strong margin/GP position.
- Diligence and attention to detail when costing proposals to account for all possible costs and risks.
- Be able to confidently talk through your quotations and sell the proposal.
Process | Presence
- Keep CRM reporting up to date - Weekly.
- Meet deadlines in line with project programme and Thirdway project team.
- Attend supplier training/industry events to maintain knowledge.
- Maintain presence in the office with the project team to ensure team alignment.
- Maintain company/project related admin and project processes.
- Prepare handovers for Project Managers to deliver the project.
- Willing to work as a team and cover Project Manager when required.
- Represent the company at industry/company events.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
