The Role
- Advising a diverse client base, including major corporates and high-growth businesses, on all aspects of employment law.
- Handling a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including advising on contracts, policies, workplace disputes, and Employment Tribunal litigation.
- Working closely with HR teams and senior leadership on strategic employment law issues, training, and compliance.
- Playing a key role in business development, networking, and client relationship management.
