About the Role: We are seeking an experienced D365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our team in Manchester. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service, who can translate business needs into effective CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct fit/gap analysis and prepare functional design documents for CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
  • Design CRM solutions and data models, providing input for data migration and integration.
  • Support functional and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring high-quality solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with offshore teams, stakeholders, and vendors as part of an implementation program.
  • Assist testing and training teams by providing guidance on functionality.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong product knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and Power Platform.
  • Experience in CRM implementations (at least two using Dynamics 365 CE Online).
  • Ability to perform product fit/gap analysis and provide solutions leveraging D365 capabilities.
  • Basic understanding of DevOps practices and Azure AD/O365/M365 integration.
  • Experience working in an onsite-offshore model and within Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders in a client-facing role.
  • Microsoft certification is highly desirable.
