Are you working as a Building Inspector with a huge region to look after? Or an increasing workload? This role will be for you. You will only look at residential, domestic and small commercial projects along the South Coast, never travelling more than an hour. It’s not a heavily target driven environment, but a team that manage people as individuals not on KPIs. If you are looking to expand your 2A registration or are comfortable working at your existing level and prefer the residential environment, you will enjoy this role.
This role is open to those working in public or private sector or if you have been working in the structural warranty industry.
The Role:
As a Building Inspector, you’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with building regulations by carrying out site inspections and assessing construction work. This role offers remote working flexibility, allowing you to manage your own schedule while conducting inspections across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections on domestic construction projects to assess compliance with regulations.
