About the Role Our Community Liaison Officer team plays a huge part in helping us achieve our goals. Community engagement is at the heart of everything we do. We’re obsessed with providing the best experience and customer service possible, making sure we communicate clearly to all residents in areas where we are planning to build our network. Who are we looking for? It’s pretty simple really. You’re someone who might have done sales or lead generation before but most importantly you’ve got experience engaging with customers in any sector. You’re ambitious, motivated and happy to be out in the field every day. You’ll spend your day on the streets of Manchester engaging with local residents at their door in areas that we will soon be building in. You’ll be confident in communicating and letting them know more about who we are, what we do and how we can keep them up to date. What will I be doing? You’ll be engaging with residents door to door in areas where we plan to build our network. Capturing data to keep customers informed of our build process and any potential disruptions. Providing community engagement and brand awareness through your conversations with local residents. Helping to build our future network of customers. Key Requirements You’ll have a driving licence and access to a vehicle. Experience isn’t needed, but if you have any customer focussed experience that would be great. You’re enthusiastic and outgoing with a desire to engage with the public. You have the ability to have good conversations with customers. You’ll be working in a fast paced role so organisation and good time management is a must. Salary and Benefits Salary: up to £27,360 including travel and tech allowance, plus bonuses Full time, permanent role Full training provided 26 days holiday plus bank holidays Birthday day off!
