The Job
Hillcrest Homes has an exciting opportunity for an Organisational Development Partner to join our expanding team. As an Organisational Development Partner, you will make a meaningful impact in building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business. You will help develop and deliver operational plans that drive our People and Organisational development strategy forward. You’ll leverage data insights to design and implement impactful initiatives that enhance performance, nurture talent, and support the wellbeing of our people.
The Candidate
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual with experience in Organisational Development. You should have excellent communication and facilitation skills, the ability to analyse data for decision-making, and experience in designing and delivering training programs and managing change initiatives. A qualification at SCQF level 8 or equivalent experience is essential. A CIPD Level 5 qualification in Organisational Learning & Development is also required.
