Hours: 16 hours per week, Term Time
Work Pattern: 5 over 7 shifts Monday - Friday 6pm - 9.30pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am - 4pm
Hourly Rate: £13.12 – £13.26
One permanent post and one temporary post until December 2025.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of all documentation relating to the janitorial and cleaning function within the premises. The post holder will be responsible for:
- Ensuring unit grounds are kept in a safe and tidy order, free from dangerous articles ensuring Health and safety of staff and visitors.
- Monitoring the activities of lessees and contractors, reporting any issues to the line manager.
- Logging, monitoring and reporting all damage/faults in relation to the fabric and fixtures.
- Liaising with external contractors and lessees, ensuring all Health and Safety and security procedures are adhered to.
- Effectively communicating with the Facilities Manager; Head of Establishment/lessees and Team Members to ensure customer needs are met on a daily basis.
