Principal Associate – Healthcare Law Birmingham

My client is looking for a principal associate to join their award-winning healthcare team in Birmingham.

The team deals with a range of complex cases, including matters under the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Best Interests and Court of Protection welfare cases, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, the Mental Health Act, and NHS Continuing Care/Responsible Commissioner issues. There will also be opportunities to get involved in inquiry work.

The role offers a starting salary of £90,000 DOE plus achievable bonuses and five weeks of annual leave.
