A leading national law firm is looking to recruit a Solicitor (1–7 PQE) to join its specialist Clinical Negligence team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500 recognised department, working alongside award-winning Partners on high-value, complex clinical negligence matters.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and compassionate team, acting on behalf of clients affected by serious medical failings. The work is varied and includes cases involving brain and spinal injuries, birth trauma, fatal claims, delayed cancer diagnoses and surgical negligence. This role suits a Solicitor with experience managing their own litigated clinical negligence caseload who is now looking to accelerate their development in a top-tier practice.
