Your new role As the SAP Product Manager, you are a key architect in revolutionising the future of SAP SuccessFactors within the organisation and lead the charge in defining the strategic direction, driving development, and overseeing the lifecycle management of cutting-edge SAP SuccessFactors products. In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, managing vital relationships with delivery partners, and crafting a compelling product vision and strategy that resonates across the organisation. Your expertise will be instrumental in gathering and prioritising requirements, meticulously defining release plans, and conducting thorough user acceptance testing to ensure top-notch product delivery. What you'll need to succeed Not only will you need to possess robust change management and stakeholder management experience, but you will also need to demonstrate the following skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on SAP solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities to guide the direction and development of SAP products.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A track record of successfully launching and managing enterprise software products, showcasing your ability to drive projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies and familiarity with product management tools to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
  • SAP relevant certifications and ITIL Certification are desirable.
