Elevation recruitment group is working with a large dynamic and fast-growing organisation dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the high-volume recruitment needs through innovative hiring strategies, including assessment centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring needs, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Design, plan, and facilitate assessment centres to evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including job fairs, online job postings, and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and workforce planning.
  • Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to track applications and manage talent pipelines.
  • Pre-screen and assess candidates against role requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a large fast-paced environment.
  • Strong expertise in organising and conducting assessment centres.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
