Our Client is a corporately owned practice seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their passionate team in a picturesque countryside location.

In this role, the Veterinary Surgeon will:

  • Provide exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures.
  • Deliver outstanding service to clients with clear updates on patient progress.
  • Prepare tailored treatment and care plans with accurate cost estimates.
  • Mentor and develop their team, enhancing skills and utilising resources effectively.
  • Complete clinical handovers and arrange transfers for patients requiring out-of-hours or enhanced care.
  • Support and share best clinical practices within the team and across the wider community.

The ideal candidate will be RCVS registered and have experience in delivering high-quality care to both patients and clients. They should also be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and have a desire to foster a progressive clinical culture. Experience in supporting nurse consults and understanding their impact on clinic efficiency will be beneficial.

The practice is well-equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to support exceptional patient care and professional development.

The Package:

  • Salary up to £55,000
  • Private Medical Insurance from day one.
