About the role: If you have solid experience in Inventory and Logistics and managing and leading teams this could be the one for you! You will oversee inventory control, warehouse operations and logistics processes as well as ensuring efficient stock management and a smooth warehouse workflow alongside managing a team of team leaders.
Responsibilities:
- You will oversee stock levels, audits and inventory accuracy.
- Day to day management of several team leaders.
- You will manage people, their performance, monitoring attendance, performance appraisals.
- Ensure that warehouse operations are efficient and safe.
- You will drive improvements to minimise the risk of any transit damage.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- You will conduct team briefings on a regular basis.
About you:
- Previous experience in inventory, logistics, or warehouse management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- You will have previous experience managing teams, conducting people management duties like performance appraisals, disciplinary interviews, monitoring attendance.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP).
- You will have solid leadership and management skills.
